Returns & Refunds

All returnable items can be returned within within 14 days of receipt. Return policy must incorporate the following criteria damaged or soiled upon arrival. Items received in the incorrect size/colour unwashed, unworn, and unused items that have not met your expectations within 7 days of receiving.

HOW TO RETURN TO US:

​

1. Send the unused item ensuring all labels are attached.

​

2. Complete the Return form, telling us whether you want an exchange or refund. Put it inside your parcel.

​

3. Post it back to us at: casualgear.co.uk, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. The customer pays for the cost of the return.

Returns will be processed within 5 days. Exchange only apply to the same item in a different size or colour.
